  • Continue to next roundabout, take 3rd exit onto Kingsway
  • Continue along Kingsway until next roundabout, take 1st exit onto Eastern Avenue
  • Continue to next roundabout, take 1st exit onto Earlsway
  • Continue along Earlsway and take the first turning right (Signed posted 5th Avenue Business Park). Follow the road around until you see the sign for Mayflower House on the right. Turn right into the Car Park.

Directions to Fleet Technique heading North on A1

  • Exit A1 at the slip road marked Team Valley
  • At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Kingsway
  • At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit and continue on Kingsway until the next roundabout
  • At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Eastern Avenue
  • Continue to next roundabout, take 1st exit onto Earlsway
  • Continue along Earlsway and take the first turning right (Signed posted 5th Avenue Business Park). Follow the road around until you see the sign for Mayflower House on the right. Turn right into the Car Park.
